Well while looking round i found this, Its lots of icons, Themes and everything else to make them up. It may come in of some use for people wanting to make there own or just to customise the one they are using

this thread has not been updated in ages

so here are a few themes. none of them my work so respect to the creators!
the themes are for 3.90 but will work on 3.80 to so i read.

to see the "module" folder (vsh/module) you need to need to goto: tools / folder options / view
tick "show hidden files and folders" and untick "Hide protected operating system files(recommended)"

important: always make a backup of your FLASH0 before attempting any of these themes.
