auto resolution

hi every1

just got 1 of these boxs a week ago i seem to have a problem with the screen resolution,i have my tv set to 16.9 and the box set to 16.9 but a lot of the channels show up in 4.3 mode when an advert comes on it goes back to 16.9 then back to 4.3 when the programme restarts could their be something wrong with the firmware on the box,any help would be appricated

i had this issuse last night but i updated my box to the october one and well it sorted it i gess but i have only had it one day, am also useing HDMI
