a. Not interested in AutoBouquets cable or AutoBouquetsMaker at the moment. We can get to it/them later.

b. You are using signal finder. do not use this for now.

c. You can get better pictures using openwebif and grab screenshot, save picture,

I have added 1 of the requested
can't do the other while box is recording
screenshot ask's for username and password for some reason - unknown
What i have noticed is that each time I open the service scan the details have changed
recording finishes in 20 mins

On openvix service scan opens on the current transponder/frequency otherwise first one in .xml. Make sure you setup everything as pictured at time of scan.

as requested - there is no single transponder setting but user defined transponder in service scan - default skin

nothing happens - i get a message asking for username and password to do screen grabs
message saying scanning failed

I am asking about ABM now. It is different plugin to what we have been discussing.

Does ABM function or you get a "failed to lock" message?

ABM doesn't give me the 'failed to lock message
I get the message - timeout for tuner lock
other services / providers scanned ok (sky uk / irl and freesat
Just to add just done a service scan - it started went through the mhz frequencies and then i get ' error - failed to scan (error starting scanning!

I'm trying to set up a mates VU Solo SE V2 running BH 3.0.3.E. for cable

I have scanned using the above settings but only finding about 30 channels. He lives in the Lancaster area and I've found the net id for the area but can't see where to enter it in tuner config.

I've tried auto bouquets for cable but neither his area or net id are in the list of areas.

I tried to install ABM latest version but get the installation error "No cache file found"

Can anyone shed any light on this, as I've always used Sat with no problem.

Would you happen to know what the pure area would be for Lancaster?

Just tried that mate, it finds channels but none have any signal at all just a blank screen the snr is zero. Is there a way of entering his net id information?

Might be the signal not being strong enought to clear try channel bbc one SD see if it clears

bbc1 sd clears but it is one of the few that clears. Have tried Preston but it is the same. Wanted to try Auto bouquets maker but it does not install due to no cache. Doing my head in lol
