Auto bouquets e2 unused numbers delete?

I have installed auto bouquets on my box but one problem I have is unused numbers in my bouquets.
Do I have to manually delete all these and if so if i do a new scan will they reappear?

If you are using a PLI based image, there is an option to hide pli place holders. Set this to yes.

I have a similar issue with the BH2.0.8 image and a solo2 is that the same ? thanks
