auto bouquet problems (missing setanta, bt sport etc)

cheers buddy i shall give it a go.
got a problem guys, out of curiosity i went ahead and updated it and flashed 14.7, all went well, followed the prompts and setup auto bouquet, let it scan, all went well, however it is now saying network is inactive and i cant for the life off me get an ip for the box, have reset router and box a few time but its just not having it, any ideas.
