Audio description on kryptview?

Got my brother one of these for his birthday, he called me today saying that some channels have the audio description turned on. How do you turn this off? - he assures me that there is no 'AUDIO' button like on my DM500. Thanks for any help.

Try the musical note symbol to the right of the zero button on his remote, he has to choose the BL2: eng option - or maybe it's 1. Get him to try both. Hopefully that'll sort him out.

I believe the latest firmware is supposed to address this problem.
