Well just got my answer just fired a email of to technomate uk about it and explained that I can not find the receipt and it's the old unit without the fan here is a copy of the email I have just got back 10 min later.....

Please include your address and telephone number. We will reimburse you £8 for your postage to us and will send it back to you within 2 working days when received. We will also add the fan to your receiver.
