Advice 2????????

i cant turn my phillips on D*G*I*T*A* box back on as it is stuck. it was a contract box now it is stuck on channel 20. plus i dont know which files to use either with any box's/DVB teles. i have a cardmaster programmer. please someone give me the total run down on what to do as i am TOTALLY stuck plus what files are required. thanks alot people of the *t* d*g*t*l world

if you have a philps stb that is locked then that most likey the way it will stay as far as i know there is no way to fix this problem on a philps you may get a few answers but nothing seems to work unless its as simple as leave it disconnected from the mains for a hour its ****ed
