9E FTA HD channels 8psk

hi
a few HD channels are fta on 9E
but i cannot receive them on my openbox
no signal it shows
i can get all other channels on this sat
please help
i am talkin abt hello hd channels on 9e

12034.00 V - DVB-S2 (8PSK) - 27500 3/4

They are OK on my box - no special selection required.

on my S9 box, i am unable to get any signal on all the 9E TP with 8psk. all other TP have good signal and quality. but the 8psk TPs have no signal
is there something wrong with my dish alignment or with receiver?

Theya re no longer fta anymore.
Sounds like dish alignment.
