600 sat problem

got box running darkstar 2 with a lot of channels missing,every time i try and update sat xml the box goes tits up,any idea whats going wrong?

you dont say what satellite or if your motorised if fixed dish on 28 why dont you use tonndeaf channel list

sorry about that,wot i mean is if i try and change transponder from 284 to 284 it saves and when i man scan the box freezes,will try tonndef and let you know.cheers
