I bought a talismoon whisper fan a while back, went to fit it in me new 360 and it wouldn't fit! So I took the nitro button wires and plugs and managed to wire up my original Arcade fan, now I have the nitro fan button at the back 
Should last me a while longer now, we use the button after a couple of hours playing for 15 minutes and it sets the temp back nice and cool.
I reckon someone could make a few quid on that as it's only a few plugs and wires and a wee switch with a dinky button over it.
