250 What Am I Doing Wrong!

I Used all of the advise from the sticky "How to protect your 250"

I have re-installed the Infinite FW,
Tried several Mac's from a list that used to work first time!
Changed serial number to match Mac!
USB = Mac +1 in

All Using Hyper Terminal + Winsock Configuration

Still can't get my 250 to Work!

What Am I Doing Wrong!

if you have had a modem bricked you may have had your lan mac flaged up
then try another good mac

change the mac adress of your lan card with say smac
you can find s mac in download and I uped a simular mac spoofer the other day.

doesnt mean they will work now mate, a lot of UBR's have been altered and a lot of macs have already bene flagged, u better off checking ubr and scanning for new macs

Having exactly the same problem. Can't find a working mac....when I did it was stuck on 2mb and wouldn't let me force it to a higher speed.

I have Used Spoof Mac on my PC and changed the Wan Mac on my router!

I will go through my list of Mac's and see what I get

Update!
I now have a working 250,
it was never Bricked, as I changed the User Name and Password when I first programmed it,
I used MacGenerator250.exe to check the list of about 50 mac's that I had, and only 3 were Valid,
The Problem is they will only work if I Disable TFTP cfg, this slows it about a 4mb connection
Is this the only way to go now with the 250, or am I missing something!
As Requested Here is MacGenerator250.exe USE ONLY WITH 250's
including mscomct2.ocx Don't forget to backup your owne ocx file

No, the current way to go is, buy an unmodified 250, apply adams 250 tutorial to it, and force a 20mb config, and you'll find like me, you'll be full steam ahead... welll, for now

i dont know much about the dynamic configs but its reasonable to assume that forcing the config wont work keep trying with the mac generator and use the highest mac you can find
