The whole archive is 2.27 GB, including the emulator (mame 0.102).

Extract first the emulator, then extract the roms rar files inside the emulator. After the extraction u should have a "roms" directory inside the emulator's directory. Load mame, go to Options, Directories, click browse and select the roms directory. Then File, Audit all Games and play
