Should be able to handle it in theory, but whether it will or not is a different question. If you obviously damage it IE: pour a cuppa over it, you'll probably get charged. Best thing is to complain about constantly being disconnected, at irregular times, it'll probably take a while to get it swapped, but they'll do it eventually.
