Fed up of your usb loader homepage or hbc.

Create a folder and name it wtheme and copy and paste all the files in from the download.

To add if its a homebrew channel theme just add folder to apps and download theme from homebrew channel.

This is for usb loader gx,configurable loader,wiiflow etc.
