Auto Scan Help

Hi guys

Have a cloud ibox 3 running Open Pli4

When I run auto scan, I pick up all the UK Free Sat channels... BBC, Channel 4, Five, BT Sport, Setanta, E4, ITV etc.

For some reason I cannot find any Sky channels when I search, no Sky1, Atlantic, Movies, Sports etc.

Sky Sports 1 HD appears but that all

This box worked before with no issues in my old house

I also took it to my friends house to use his satellite (which I know works) and I still could not find them when I did the scan

I have no idea what I am doing wrong....

Any help would be greatly appreciated

why not use the ABM (autobouquet maker) plugin if its not included in the openpli feeds i am sure its posted somewhere on this forum in either the satellite or download section.

This will do all the hard work for you

Have you got it set to just scan for free to air channels?

Hi, no, mot just FTA, I double checked that

I installed ABM from the plugins menu and ran it but got an error saying "Timeout for Turner Lock"

Still getting Timeout for Turner lock

Also got Satellites.xml and Bouquests from a friend where everything works for them

Channels still don't work for me

Anything related to SKY TV is not found

Sky one, Atlantic, movies, news sports etc.

Why can't my box find these? It worked before!!
