    Depends what you're watching but if it's sports make sure you try your trial at a busy time. A lot of providers are fine when it's quiet and struggle when everyone is watching at the same time.

    I'm thinking of getting the August tuner to try with my solo2. I'm looking at the DVB-T210 which someone in the comments says is DVB-C compatible. I've read what you said about installing the drivers and don't mind ftp-ing in to the box...was it relatively easy to get going?

    Cheap droid box for about £30. Just make sure you get one with 2gb ram or more. I got this off amazon for my son: Haehne RK3188 Quad Core Android 4.2. Nice little box.
