there is no harm you can change them i changed 2 capcitors 9 months ago and my box is still working

they are in power supply pcb(small pcb) near plug that goes from power supply to motherboard circuit ref is written on pcb

i have sorted it out m8 There are 2 faulty capacitors in power supply Normally capacitors give trouble when they are cold but my receiver is on 24h if you have not fixed yet let know i can tell exactly which capacitors are faulty and it is not difficult to change them

HI i have tm 600 with 250gb hdd installid inside box is working fine apart from getting realy hot even the hdd is very hot if you select hdd sometime the box locks up is there anything i can do to reduce the heat Thanks in advance

these channelsee moved recently to on transponder with freq 00163 and 00171 try manual scan and you will see it will not pick up any channel

i had exactly same problem with with my dm500 it was tuner problem if your box is fitted with philips tuner probably it is not capable picking up transponder with low freq (ssp2 freq 00171) i repaced philips tuner with ntix tuner and everything is fine
