btw I missed out using the new anyregion changer this time, If i recall correctly its that that gives region free disc channel? i forgot to mention that in the starfall vs preloader thread. Doh

i notice a lot of dupes in the ini, maybe for different regions? can't be for different firmware as it all runs on 3.2

As you can see there are more than one setting for Region free channels. Both are for version 290 (System menu 3.2E, 289 is 3.2U) but the offsets are different meaning that there are a couple of places a hack should be applied. You'll need both hacks on for it to work.

Hell yeah, PreLoader 0.28 is out (only via update) and guess what:
* rewrote the hacks parser, it's more solid now and detects syntax errors much better
* added a new font
* optimised menu layout
* you can now add unlimited offsets/value in one hack entry
* added beta version related code
* added a setting which allows to always turn you wii off even when standby is enabled
* fixed that when shut down from the systemmenu the wii always got powered down instead of using the set shutdownmode.
* fixed a bug which would prevented to update to a non beta update during beta tests
* fixed a bug in the systemmenu hacks scrolling code
