Seem there was some posts about editing your pids etc. over your home network. I can't find the software download or even posts about using it.

stbhd lan manager, s10 firmware after may 5,2011 had support for it.
Not true ftp so you can't connect with a browser or real ftp programs.
I use it to load firmware to receiver, saves wear and tear on the usb connector and is faster than rs232,unless I am experimenting.

there is a flaw in the full dump from receiver function,if you do a full dump to usb stick it is not the same as a full dump via lan manager. The work around is to also take a tps_prog.dbs dump via lan and use that as needed.

Arthur,

I got the LAN software working today and did a few channel edits. Works good. But I'm not sure about your post about the full dump. Is one not as good as the other? LAN or usb stick?

when you select dump by usb and then image file a drop down menu should appear where you can select what is included in the dump CCcam.cfg : Tp_prog.abs : CCcam.prio ect you just need to select what you want in the dump

very true,I select everything and save.
The download via lan has no options like that and a bug prevents the full ball of wax to be saved.
Do a full dump to usb and the same via lan manager and compare both files with a hex editor.
The sat info will be missing.I found that while searching for the area where the 6666 to activate network tab function is stored.
