Changing a Tuner?

Just a little tip if anyone is having trouble safely removing a tuner then get one of these!!

Looks good,I think I`l get one of these and see if it will help me to finish off taking a tuner on a nokia I was trying to do a few months ago. At the time I gave up on it but I think I`l give it another try with this. I was thinking of buying a soldering station this is much cheaper.
