it's the way they play as a team mate .some teams play as a unit others like Portugal play as individuals . Look at what teams that don't have half as much talent as other achieve when they play this way . Leicester City as an example

I'm not expecting us to win it mate lol mind you it would be some party . No what I'm saying is sometimes like you pointed out it takes more that a team of good players it takes them to play as a team without the egos for me that's always been England's down fall everyone wants to be the main man the big star . Just my opinion but I'd rather have good players playing for each other than a few great players trying to outshine the rest
