Coolrunner installed, Nand-X Installed .. Not Booting up , No Nand Read. Nand-X QSB.

Whatever wire you want, awg30 kynar?

just follow the trace to the via, solder it to there. I could have gotten a pic but I've hot glued the one I have here.

No need to go that far, you bypassed a via, above the 3.

I'm sure that that is on the same trace

And what the **** is that to the bottom right of your via you that you highlighted

That looks like a stray piece of solder don't it?

Re: Coolrunner installed, Nand-X Installed .. Not Booting up , No Nand Read. Nand-X Q

Off topic, ;) I got stby clk rerouted to FT2R2 ...... flashed .ecc and multibuild glitch image .............. one in twenty boots , sometimes two in a row. But when it does boot it boots straight away , and stays on for as long as I want. Green light on CR and fan pulse are fine ..

I read someone say that their Jasper wouldn't Glitch with the resistor thing soldered to the Coolrunner ?

No red lights now , just very random unpredictable booting. It fully boots or sits with the middle green light on, maybe a wire position thing? as it's a bit harder to fully boot now it's in the case.

Any idea's ?

I would try the cap on the coolrunner c3po.

No worries. I wish I'd tried without first it gone done in a bit of a rush Christmas eve lol

Yeah better to try without , then if it struggles bang the cap on.

I always mean to fit the cap first but never do

Then as its taking 18 years to glitch I think, oh, shit, yeah.

Oggy Im very confused could you just please use this picture and draw a yellow line from the resistor which I assume I add solder too on the top of it anyway, to where I need to solder to get this slim booting again please. Also what sort of wire do I need to use many thanks.

As I said, you went past a via on your first image.

Sorry, my yellow pen ran out, is red ok? If not you'll have to wait until my refils come in the new year!

I also already said, whatever wire you want. Maybe AWG30 Kynar?

Re: Coolrunner installed, Nand-X Installed .. Not Booting up , No Nand Read. Nand-X Q

I would advise noone to do this it means removing the resistor and it will **** up your console completely I have been speaking to those in the know on tx forums and they advise me to get a 24p resistor from maplins.
