whats for dinner tonight?

We bought a pre glazed one for M&S yesterday, with a plan to have it last night but we got in too late.
So tonight it is.

PS What cider Rat, the essex special white lightening??? ;)
 
Honey roast gammon, honey roast parsnips,herby roast potatoes in olive oil,steamed veg and gravy.

We are having something very similar tonight :)

I love gammon bud, rat gave me a tip last xmas about soaking the joint in cider over night. And then glazing it with honey blooming luvly.

Well that was brilliant, would recommend the M&S Ham :)
 
roast beef roast potatoes cauliflower and white sauce roast veg gravy and spuds,left overs from yesterday lol:Clap::Clap:
 
roast chicken, roast potatoes, gravy, carrots roasted in olive oil and garlic and garden peas :)
 
mushroom stroganoff with wild rice,and 2 slices of white bread,later using up the last of my new potatoes from bag,2 mugs of tea.
 
half a fresh cooked chicken, roasties and beans, with tom sauce allover!

now thats my kind of meal .... lol. but with 3 or 4 pieces of bread and butter.

ended up at lakeside. Tried the new pie and mash place in the food court, 2 'meat' pies, 2 mash with liquor, £6.20 Price was a bit steep but the food was OK.

anyway, had vegetable savoury rice ( homemade of course no packet shti ) sausages an fried eggy for tea today. loadsa rice over so ellie1998 taking it to work tomorrow and warming up some fishfingers in the "george foreman" for his lunch xx

oh and froze some for my mum bless her, shes 81 widowed last year and dont like cooking for herself. and i worry about her . so i make up meals she can micro in the week and give her them sunday evening when we take her home from ours after a propper sunday dinner xx
 
got a ham fillet, was reading the posts about honey glazed ham, so will do that today, can't decide between mash or baked potatoes, with carrots and broccoli :)

for two, lol That was for me only, mrs had a jacket spud and the kids decided to have KFC.
 
last night was okra (lady's fingers) curry done in a yogurt based sauce.
