the parkvile in blantyre does a buckfast cheese cake, ive never had it but everyone says its great
there was a butcher that put it in black pudding. its a really well made wine, its just abused!

Just around the corner from me Stef, it's Billy Fairfull's shop at Gartsherrie lights. He still sells them BTW, they are quite popular. I tried them once - just to see what they were like but I didn't like them.
