Wilson1980, did you order the disc's too ? if so have you received a shipping email from them yet with tracking numbers.

They have now sorted me out so i can download but still hav'nt given me a damn key.
I'm on a bit of a tight schedule as college is going to upgrade its systems and my emails might get lost with all of that going on over half term.

Used this to create an ISO

oscdimg -bC:\Users\USERNAME\Desktop\expandedSetup\boot\etfsboot.com -h -u2 -m -lWIN_EN_DVD C:\Users\USERNAME\Desktop\expandedSetup\ C:\7.iso

You will need to download oscdimg though and stick it into the sys32 dir

yeah ive ordered the discs aswell..as for the key ive got that in my email bud..did u get another email the day it was there to download..

Yeah i got the email to download but no key was in it.
Still waiting to hear from them.

Their computers must have had a glitch and just sent me out an email without the nessersery attachments. I'm guessing its automated their end.

In a bit of a nightmare as they have no phone support and the only way they can be contacted is via email. I tried canceling the order so i can put in a new one but the system won't allow it.

Just have to wait and see i suppose.

well last night i hve managed to put windows 7 onto iso and i did clean hard drive..and reinstall windows 7.. put when it comes to key thing i entered key which digitalriver gave.. i entered that and i get error message saying this product key is error..

how can i solve this key thing.

Anybody who wants to clean install this on blank partition will need to use a workaround as this is an upgrade key please check site below for easy how to.

i bought this and made it into a .iso but the setup just gets stuck at the setup stage.

boots up
windows logo appears
"starting windows"
blank screen with mouse pointer ??



anyone know whats wrong?

Microsoft have seen the problems had with just releasing the exe and have now made the iso and bootable dvd/usb making programs available to download.

How long have you waited as I had this on an upgrade and it stayed on this screen for 10 mins before setup continued.

Also for people having trouble, i think you can contact microsoft and ask for disks if you give them your product key. Might have to pay a bit though.

@humz1ahmed, try buring the iso with a different program to check the dvd is burnt ok. Make sure you run a verify or check of the dvd after to ensure its burnt with no errors. if its not a dodgy copy of the dvd then it must be your computer. Try running it of usb stick using the usb installer.

i ran the original from a dvd which i burnt at 8X and 4x then the iso download was put on a usb
