Hi mate already tried that, it's not even spinning the discs so i assume it's fecked.

i may be able to get a reciept from my cousin for mine, so think i might wait for that, unless someone on here tries and succseed's with out the receipt, let me know if any of u try it

they will ask for a receipt over the phone , but you dont have to provide it when they arrive with your shiny new ps3

Could somebody please send me the PM, we've got a 40gb PS3 that during gameplay just stops reading the disk, Switch off, let it rest for a few minutes and then power up and it's OK till the next bloody occurrence.

Have Sony made them so that they feck up after 18 months, can't believe that you pay 300 smackers for a gaming console which if you use it gets tired and gives up
