hi, started to develope the ipjone 5 sleep\lock button problem, at the minute its not working when you press on the right jand side of it, press on the left hand side and it will lock the phone, been reading online and looks like its quite a common problem, from reading it looks like you need to replace a ribbon cable that goes to lock button and volumes buttons, pretty much have to gut the iphone 5 to get to it, has anyone had this problem and fixed ? ive replaced a few screens on iphone 3gs and iphone 4\4s but never messed with a iphone 5, so not sure yet whats best thing to do, if anyone has had this and fixed it or no anyone who can ? thanks

hi, my iphone 5 sleep button is starting to get abit worse, its quite amnoying when you have to press it 4 or 5 times lol, jist wondered if anyone knew if this is the part thats needed ?
i think it is but would like to be sure nefore ordering and taking my phone apart if poss, i emailed another guy on ebay selling same product and he said if my phone has bluetooth then this part should be ok, which i dont really get, as all iphone 5 have bluetooth dont they ? thanks

Hi, i never got round to fixing my iphone 5 and saw this yesterday and thought others may benefit if its not already been posted, apple are offering a free fix service, go to site and type you phones serial number in and will tell you if yours can be done by them for free, here's site
