If anyone still has codes left near the cut off date i would gladly receive one (at cost unless that breaks forum rules)
I also welcome any advice on my situation. In March this year I got a code which worked perfect only for circumstances to inhibit installation( 6 times over 3 months).I was told i would get 2 months free for my hassle and was told to put up a pole for the dish. I thought everything was sorted when my flat received a communial aeriel but sky said the account was closed on the day the girl gave me advice on the pole! Lost the account with free months cancelled and code was by this time out of date even though i initally signed up in March.
I hoped this promo would be on again and I thought it would be about this time. I was very kindly given a code a couple of weeks ago and it worked, guys came out to install but didn't have enough points to install multiroom so sky cancelled the whole order.
I thought the obvious thing to do was just install the one box for me then but they said no cant do. I got a call and they cancelled the account and said sign up again.
I signed up again online but got a call saying code was already used - yes by me I said but to no avail, was told to get another code.
I'm tearing my hair out over this, spent over £40 in phone calls to sky's premium helpline but i'm sent from pillar to post and still not any further on.
I dont want to buy from ebay where I see there are negative comments about already used codes and would gladly work something out here if possible.
I can gurantee this will not be used on ebay by sending previous correspondance from sky on my situation , the online confirmation email, letter from sky detailing installation, even viewing card number to code supplier to prove I am using it for my own home if this helps
