prob with box

my box will not chang from showing (boot) no programs nothing can any one help please thanhks

Hi may i ask what image you have used to flash the box with? I'd suggest trying to reflash the zgemma with a different image. I use the zgemma approved images which can be found on zgemma.tv click on the picture of your zgemma receiver and it will display all the available images for that particular zgemma box. I use the openvix images on that site, but you can also use openATV or any other image of your liking. Format a usb stick to FAT32 and put the downloaded folder onto the usb stick. Insert the usb stick into the back of your zgemma. Turn the box on via the switch on the back and hold in the power button on the front of the box until it displays FLSH. Once that comes up let go of the power button on the front of the box and when its finished flashing it will boot up with your chosen image installed. (This can take a few minutes) When it's fully up and running, remove the usb stick at the back of the box and you're ready to start installing your softcams, skins and any lines/gifts you have.
