Looks like real thing and your getting the proper plug.
(not seen or heard of cloned zgemmas)

you should be able to get it a bit cheaper is look hard enough.
(around £62)

they are considered a clone box afaik.

you cannot use the plugin downloads if you use a vix image as they have banned them..

is their a image i could put on which i can ??

Been using my zgemma 2s a long time now with openVIX and no issues.
openATV will support zgemma with plugins.
But as you say @buzzer openVIX will not run plugins but can still be flashed with openVIX.

The zgemma in the code will run both openVIX and openATV.
Ive tried both but just got used to openVIX.

openatv have images for all the zgemma range, you can still use the vix image (i do) but unfortunatly you can't download anything from their feed..


openatv image is just as good anyways

all i want to do is watch 1 channel and record another or record 2 channels while out would this box do that

Yes.
As long as you have two sat feeds coming into zgemma.
You will need a HDD to record onto and EPG.
320GB HDD works well for and cost about £23.

Have look around zgemma downloads mate.
This is one I uploaded awhile ago. On openVIX.
There loads to pick from both openVIX and openATV.

hdd or pen drive would be no prob to sort would that be a vix image from what i can see in the downloads ???

Yes mate. All details mentioned including the more stable crossEPG.

Just done it there @johnboymartin

As I thought zgemma is not a cloned box. They will flash with patched images and works just as well.
(as mine is doing)

never heard of a clone safe image yet for a zgemma.
