XM360 how to up date xbla_titles.csv

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to up date this list. If i got to command prompt and run XM360server.exe /X it say will create a new file in the current directory but when i do this is runs fetchs lots of titles but does not create any file

Any ideas?
