Other xbox one streaming

Just interested if anyone can point me in the right direction to a laptop less than £200 that would stream my xbox one? I have a laptop that meets the minimum specification that Microsoft says should work but games are choppy and very laggy and then cuts out. I have tried this on high to low quality settings too.

I haven't looked in a while but there's some tablets that have Windows on them (Linx I think) that will stream
