Worth Upgrading??

Hi i have a duo2 with twin sat and twin cable tuners installed and wondered if its worth investing in the solo4k ?? what if any benefits would i get and would dual cable tuner fit in the 4k

None just now untill 4k is being broadcast I don't see the point just yet, I'm not sure of the tuner if it's plug n play of fixed

The duel cable tuner that I have in my Duo2 is a plug and play tuner module

Yes but I'm not sure if the solo 4k has plug no play slots

The 4k has a tuner slot and the dvbc hybrid tuner will work in the 4k slot.

I have the Solo 4K and it has 1 x P&P slot for a Tuner and yes the cable tuner out of your Duo2 would fit it no problem, I have the Dual DVB-C/T/T2 fitted in mine making it a dual sat and dual Cable receiver.

If you have a Motorised dish there are a few 4K UHD channels broadcasting on other satellites, Insight UHD on 19.2 east has a fair few programs in english language documentary type shows. I watched one the other day about surfing Picture quality was stunning makes HD look like SD
