Got it sorted, new button on the sony laptops called assist!!

I have the same problem !!

My Laptop is ProBook 4540s and when i press power on , my lap is turn off after 5 second , after that I press one more time . my laptop starting OK

Do you think thsi could be a MOSFET? Ou even a capacitor with problems?

I had similar issue with the latest windows 10 upgrade - ended up pulling the battery and got it to POST correctly.
