Software windows 7 boot disc

Hi guy's does anyone know where i can download a windows 7 boot disc for free please?My dads comp did an update and now its asking for a boot disc to start it up again,he lives in wales and i'm off there thurs to see what i can do,i want to take a disc with me as his broadband is very slow to download one their off my laptop.Many thanks in advance

I don't think there is such a thing. I think you may need to just use a windows 7 disk as that has repair options.
