Windows 10 power icon

I have tried everything on the web to get my dell laptop to display the power/battery icon on the taskbar , but nothing worked until I enabled the hidden admin account when I log into this account it is displayed correctly . On my admin account it is greyed out

I have finally got this sorted I reset the whole windows and this time I didn't password protect my account and now the power icon is showing
