We had once a topic here, where someone asked why german ppl are buying english digiboxes. I finally found out today ...why.
We have a channel here in german its called "premiere" a pay tv channel. With a dbox you can program the box with linux and get the latest codes from internet and can watch "premiere" for free. I saw it today at a friends home....he told me how he is using the box. This is really a great idea. He payed arround 200 Euro for his DBOX2.
Maybe that guy wanted to do the same with the engl. one , but i dont know if it would work like our geman DBOX.
