why cant i get an answer on which box?!!

Hi, i am currently with VM in the plymouth area and i want to buy a box (cardsharing). Which one do i need to buy? / best to buy? when i google/ask the question, there are many contradicatory answers?? i was told a starview, but then read that these boxes dont work. I was also told a kryptview A780? I was hoping for HD so can i use a dreambox 800HD?, although i was also told that these dont work? (it was so much easier with my eurovox!)
