Whirlpool AWO 10781 6 sense washing machine

Any washing machine engineers on here have any advice
Whirlpool AWO 10781 6 sense washing machine
was working fine Saturday on then it just stopped.
Did a reset and it seems like it going to work for about 20 seconds
but drums not moving,no fault code and the door locked light is flashing.

any ideas thanks

try cleaning the pump out m8 , coins and crap stuck inside blocking the pump ect

this will stop the machine working , hope that helps and a cheep fix

There should be a little trap (before the pump) accessible at the bottom front of the machine. Sometimes behind a trim panel that pulls off with a firm tug. Have a couple of old towels handy to catch the water. Lots of crap can collect here too and causes the sort of fault you have.

Thanks Him Her cleaned this out when it happened and it was full of crap coins, sweet wrappers but still the same.
clean it out again and there were some more coins down by the pump blades now the washers working. Also noticed though that one of the suspension legs it loose from the drum so either came out or broke away
so will have to look into this.
