Which Protein shake to get ?

Hi All

Started back in the gym last week and never bothered with protein shakes or any supps before (except for Sust and decca years ago...lol)

Anyway what protein/whey shake do peeps recommend, want something that resembles a mcD thickshake if possible...lol

My mate also recommends HMB from myprotein so may get that as well.

IMO I prefer Reflex's flavours above most others Ive tried, plus is a good quality protein. Unless your doing it megaman stylie, which its cheaper for large amounts to get unflavoured and add your own.

Good sites for reasonable prices are myprotein and affordablesupplements.

Dont bother with maximuscle stuff, waaaay overpriced. Just stick with whey and creatine monohydrate tabs as the powder isnt to everyones tastes.

Yep I'd agree with that. Love reflex but it's pricey.

I use unflavoured and just add a couple teaspoons of options hot chocolate drink to it.
