Which is the best programmer?

Hello there im thinking of programming a card for my ondigital! but i dont know which programmer i should buy? can u tell me which is the best one suited for this job? the PicProm 2001 or the Millenium Programmer?

Hi m8 the millenium programmer is a good rated programmer but i have not had any dealings with it, But the Elvis is strongly as good if not better to do what we need to program........Gazer
