where can i download Dopewars v2.2 ?!?!?!

this is p*ssing me off, i've been looking for ages now for a place to download dopewars v2.2

i have tried many places, but either the download fails, or when the installation is incomplete, and the dopewars.exe file is never copied.

can any help me? does anyone have a copy of it?
