If you want your jailbreak, then just don't update. Why do you want ios7 anyway?

There is no jailbreak for iOS 7 and it's anyone's guess when or even if it will come

I thought the dev's had the JB already when 6.1.4 came out, and they were waiting for ios7 to roll out b4 releasing it?

no jailbreak for iOS7 at the moment but evasion are working on it and its all going well at the moment, winocm is working on the jailbreak for iOS 6.1.4 he is also doing well and has given the ETA for before 2014 so could be just round the corner or within a couple of months.
