whats the best quality BRRip or a dvdr that is 4.35 gb please

im looking for the quality of the picture and audio


and playing these on a 40 inch tv

I take it that the brrip would have to be encoded as well to play on my dvd player, would handbreak be the best thing to do this ?

if the brrip was the better of the two that is .. ?

H264 encodes are prob the best at the min. But not all dvdplayers support this.

If you are just putting the film on DVD I wouldn't bother downloading a high def file as you won't gain anything from it. You would be better off leaving the files in high def and getting a player media streamer that supports h264 and mkv.
