I also use a map and the wind, yes I tend to get lost quite a bit ;)

Just reading through here coz I've always fancied sat nav.

So do I go stand alone system or not ?
 
Dell Axim X50v with 1 gig sd card, Holux GPSlim236 reciever running TomTom 5 cost £240 and works a treat :)

I ve got a HP 6515 with an integrated GPS and TomTom

Very happy with an all in one device although the battery life is not great

GPS receiver £0 Working on purchasing one

Wont be long before i am up and running.
