what type of box do i have

Hi all,
could any one help me i was just given a euro-vox and for some reason it aint got any model no so dont know what type it is tried using euro blue, red and max software and on all ocassions it said wrong firmware for box. in system detail it says mode.DVB XC BOX and s/w 1.0 ssn4 nov 25 2005. thanks

if it like the one in the picture its a eurovox 1 if its got 1 scart socket
Or a eurovox 2 if its got 2 scarts

that is the very one and it got two scarts on the back one tv and one vcr. what firmware do i need to get and how do i up it mate i dont have a remote but was given a programable one with it. i have a dbox2 and a 500c dream box and know what is needed with them but the euro is new to me. thanks for help mate

just connect you EV to PC with a null modem cable power the box up,open dnupman and locate your firmware then hit the download button,should take about 90 seconds then go and do a fresh scan on your symbol rate...That it..simple

thank mate after showed me which box i have i managed to get firmware with fix and uploader.You are a star and i appreciate your help. Just goes to show that if you ask for help from the scene you get it.Thanks again
