what the 4 digit code for factory reset

thought i had this box sorted but now when changing channels to something need my cam for it freezes and i have t manually restart cccam everytime. while channel is on its flawless but soon as i change it then the probem starts.
going to do a factory reset , then install the image , and see if that works . honestly this is the worst piece of tech i have ever bought . absolute piece of junk.
so what is the code i need ? ?

see how this goes , all i am doing is factory reset , putting in my ccam.cfg file and the updated channel list ..surely nothing can go wrong now ..

It's not the same as the box password (which is blank by default) - it's a seperate pin
