What HDD for an 800?

can anyone suggest a link to a cheap HDD for a 800

all the drives i have here are IDE, but i think this is a SATA connection. ive looked in the book but it doesnt say anything about installing the drive, whereas the 600 and 7020 gave full instructions

hey dude give us a low down on the box and an image of preference......i'm condsidering a hidef sat reciever but hear of problems of quality and overheating with the DM800.
