What files do i need Skybox F5 in a loop

My mate borrowed my box before he bought his own F5 and reset it before he gave it back ,but it looks like it done a full reset as it just displays LOAD then counts upto 100 then starts over again.

Ive had quick read and need to flash it with a Null modem lead and a few files

I'm reading different threads on differnt forums and getting confussed which files i should be using
I've downloaded this so far "erom_upgrade_8Mflash" but not sure if this is the correct flash as im reading conflinting info

My mate has offered to swap boxes if all else fails

I managed to update the firmware but it still re-booted..After F'ing about for a few hours i discovered it only happened when i connected the sat feed.
Done a quick google and found i had 1 of the cable strands touching the inner core of the sat feed, which the box dosnt like
